New Showroom
and Studio Space
In September 2026, we celebrated Daniel Mozzes Design's new showroom and studio space at 80 State Street. Albany Mayor Dr. Dorcey Applyrs, Owner Daniel Mozzes, and St. Mary's Church Deacon Aaron Tremblay joined us for a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
A longtime tenant and Downtown resident, Daniel Mozzes moved to this new location to expand his space and capture the foot traffic of the oldest continually operating commercial corridor in the United States.
Congratulations to Daniel! He could have chosen anywhere in the world to showcase his unique, one-of-a-kind designs, but he chose Albany.
We are grateful!
